This fully equipped tank cleaning facility is the largest of its kind in the Mediterranean. The berth is of such a size that all kinds of ships can moor up to a load capacity (DWT) of 300,000 tons.

The scaffolding is equipped with all the necessary facilities to clean tanks so that there is no longer a danger of explosion if the ship is repaired and the international regulations are met. Possibilities include cleaning pipes that have been closed and the removal of slip.

The facilities in the jetty are steam, hot and cold washing water, compressed air, saltwater and inert gas. For calamities, the berth is equipped with a sprinkler system and a foam fire extinguishing system.

On shore there is a storage capacity of 45,000 cubic meters, a tank of washing machines, boiler house and gas generators for inert gas. Furthermore, this station has portable submersible pumps.
