Miġra l-Ferħa
Roger besieged Medina (Mdina) which was the most important city of the island.
The population managed to reach peace. The Arabs (Muslims) freed the Christian prisoners and swore an oath of loyalty to Roger.
The invasion is also described as the liberation of Christian Malta from the oppressive Islamic rule.
From here you also have a beautiful view of a part of Gozo.
