Iz-Zuntier
Iz-Zuntier is an area that since the late Middle Ages is connected to the cultus of St. Paul and is located next to St. Paul’s Church. This area has been described in a document from 1366 as being a cemetery.
In 1575 this area has been described by Monsignor Pietro Dusina. He described his visit to 21 chapel graves. The chapel of St. Mary Magdalena and the chapel of St. Michael have been preserved.
In the Middle Ages it was a particularly popular area and one wanted it as final resting place.
