Church of Our Lady of Damascus / Greek Catholic Church
On 24th March 1942 the church was hit by enemy bombs and destroyed completely. More than 30 icons were lost in the debris.
Thanks to the great efforts of Papas George Schiro the church was rebuilt and reconsecrated on August 1951 by Archbishop Georgios Halavazis.
