Boathouse

Below the Sacra Infirmeria, at the shore, one can observe a number of boathouses. During the summer, the boat owners will have berthed their boats in the harbour and will use the vacated boathouses for a summer's leisure.

Storage shed or garage of boats, which are located at the coastline, are often converted into a Boathouse.

Most boathouses built before 1978 were illegal. The boathouses are now regulated and legal.
